Funny, Mitzi just developed the same thingy at the same spot and the Vet told us the same. Now, hubby has quite a few moles and warts too and we always freeze them away with Dr. Scholl's wartner, so I tried that on Mitzi and it looks like the thingy dries up and gets ready to fall off...
