So many good ideas here! I would refinish my floors. Our house was "flipped" and the "flippers" did some crappy jobs -- one being our hardwoods. They varnished them or something and put a fan on it to dry and it's all bubbled and it peels off, leaving unfinished spots! Of course we didn't notice this before we bought the house *rolls eyes*
I'd love to finish our basement. It leaks during strong rains and so we have to get that fixed before we can ever make our plans happen of renovating it into a master bedroom/bathroom w/walk in closet.
I'd also love a new "patio". We have a raised patio, but it could really use to be redone, retiled, ect
