I have the Dyson Pet and love it. Have had it for 3 years and never had a problem. It picks up dust that you do not even know is there.
I have had Orecks, really liked them because they are light. But had to have it tuned up every 6 months and back then that cost $40.00 a pop. Do not even want to think about what it might cost now. I had the $499 unit. (red handle) So I really thought it would be the best!
The service man told me that the best ones were the first ones back in the late 1970s. I had that one but threw it out when I got the red one.
Then just decided to get new vacuums each year for the same kind of money. None held up well. Then the DYSON came along (just aboiut when the Yorkies did) and I really can give it a 10 out of 10.
It even out did the Hoover Wind tunnel one. And it is so easy to clean. Just push that button and let the dirt fall into a shopping bag!
You will really be happy with it.
The type of carpeting you have may have something to do with it also. |
