Sadie is 5 months old today. She is almost 2 1/2 lbs. My hope is she gets to at least 4 lbs. I just found out that both parents are 4 1/2 lbs.
Sadie is VERY stubborn. Over Christmas she decided she didn't like her food anymore. She went 5 days without eating her food. we were at my parents for Christmas so i thought that the travel, sickness or anything could be the cause. I hand fed her turkey until we got home but she still lost a big percentage of weight. You could see her ribs and she looked just starved to death! It was awful...i knew it was just stubbornness when she started stealing food from my parents dogs even though HER food was right there.
Anyway, just a few days of diet change threw her little body into chaos.
My little brother told Sadie to stop reading magazines cause "her did not have to starve herself to be a model" she is beautiful just they way she is!
Tinies can be at such a disadvantage. I love my Sadie and i pray she grows to the standard. |
