hmm....well, I'd make it so that we own the house haha. but that doesn't really count.
I have one for the outside and one for the inside.
Outside:
I'd have the stupid pool fixed. The house has a GORGEOUS inground pool that is just huge. I was so excited. Then the woman told us its broken - which she wasn't aware of when she bought it. The cement in it is just all cracked and nasty. She said it would cost $9000 to fix it. =(
Inside:
I'd put central air in. The house is very old (though it was completley remodeled, the original build and everything is still there), so its not wired for central air. Its small enough that I think we'll be able to keep it cool, but there's nothing better than walking into an airconditioned house after being outside on a 100* day. |
