I would love the front of the house to point south instead of north and have the sun come up at the kitchen end and set at the garage end. I don't like how the north wind blows leaves from neighbors trees on to my front yard.

I would not have an upstairs again, but would love an L shape home. I would also love to have the the house wired for sterio, intercom and alarm.
