Sorry you had such a stressful time trying to keep your baby safe. I had to laugh though (please nobody bite my head off) at the thought of your inlaws throwing food out on the lawn--who does that? Half an onion? eek! Don't they have mice or rats or other pests where they live? (reading that I just pictured a yard full of random food scraps, like a giant compost or a Waldorf salad) tee hee
