Ummm we have a secret "paranoid" club going in chat.....Im actually the president and paulapoo vice pres. and I do believe Kim (simonandhallie) holds a seat also....we all talk each other thru our paranoia...so no your definately not alone and if ya ever need live support come into chat....we are all equally paramoid and very understanding....we just sit up til the wee hours of the night talking to each other until the other is okay with situation and always do follow up visits
