As in every area of life one must make educated decisions. There are people that come on here just to sell yorkies and that is all they post about. Just because a breeder is a member of YT doesn't make them reputable, just as being a show breeder doesn't automatically make them reputable. In any arena there are those that breed just to sell without concern for the dogs they are breeding or puppies they produce or who they sell puppies too, it's all about the money. So, I guess that is why Fannie is asking that there be put in place a set of guidelines/rules to protect YT members or other newbies that come on in search of a yorkie/morkie/biewer....or mixed yorkie breed.
