Dr. Tobias of the University of TN. Veterinary Teaching Hospital has an amazing reputation for treating Yorkies with Liver problems.
She is currently conducting some new exciting studies. From what I heard, liver shunt dogs have better treatment options than ever, and they do very well after surgery.
I wish the outlook was a bright for collapsed trachea...Kara
That is so good to hear. How is your little one after her surgery? Please tell us her story too. We can all learn as there is a lot of confusion about reverse sneezing, kennel cough and collapsed trachea. Your story may help others here. Maybe you could start a new thread about it.
