My kids will get these stomach bugs from school & daycare and share them with the rest of the family.
My doctor always says do not eat or drink
anything for three hours after vomiting. She said something about it makes the stomach spasm and causes vomiting again. These things just have to run their course, hopefully it will be a short lived bug. Hope you feel better soon!
