I was told by my vet that it's not normal for them to throw up regularly like that. Our dog was doing it a couple times a month for a while. So I would take your puppy to the vet. They can get dehydrated very quickly and go from frisky to lethargic and ill in no time. I wonder if it's pancreatitis. That can come on whenever they eat anything too fatty for them. Your puppy isn't getting table scraps, is he? And hopefully isn't chewing on anything outside? Ours got sick on rhodadendron leaves she was ripping off our bush.
