What is this? a thread to gloat?
Congratulations on your litter, and I hope that they stay healthy and strong.
But I feel like the only reason you posted this was to say "Told you so!" how very mature.
If people like you took time to research the breed and the MANY genetic health problems, then there would be a lot less sick yorkies in the world that break people's hearts. My first yorkie had a liver shunt. We had him for a month and he died. And it was thanks to irresponsible breeding that we went through that pain. You don't seem to realize that just because your girl got through her pregnancy alright, your pups won't have health problems. As the person who brought them into the world, YOU are responsible to make sure that their future owners know and are aware of the fact that they may have problems like colapsing trachea and LP. That isn't something you can hide from them. You also need to tell them that you didn't have the proper tests done before you bred her. They need to be prepared to fight an uphill battle. I hope that nothing happens to your pups, but reality is that it is VERY possible that something may go wrong.
I am angry that you would come on here and make a mockery of the breeding practices of our expieranced breeders who put time and effort into the breed, and studied for years before they had a litter. No body knows everything, but they know SOMETHING and you would be very, very wise to get off your horse and listen to them.
