I also get upset when I'm flying and the parents are not trying to keep their children occupied and therefore they become restless and upsetting sometimes to the rest of a flight. I can understand that, but I don't blame the child, it's the parent that is at fault.
I definitely wish that the airlines would reconsider the rules and allow the furbabies to be upgraded to a seat, or to let us hold their carriers on our laps. But I also think with proper practice leading up to a flight with most furbabies, they would do fine.
I don't have children yet, but I would suspect it's much more difficult to travel with them than with a yorkie |
I agree, we should be able to hold our dogs or have them in the seat next to us, it isnt fair that you pay and they are treated so badly. as far as the kids being kept occupied, it is so true. my kids had a bag full of stuff from nintendo ds to coloring books, word puzzles, reading books etc. you wouldnt believe how much that helps.
