I know one solution that would probably work. Get another Yorkie!
When we got our first two Yorkies they slept together in the crate and never cried because they had each other. Maybe put something in the crate for her to cuddle up to. She was used to being with her mother and probably litter mates as well. I have a one week old Yorkie that sleeps in the crate with her Mommy and doesn't cry at all at night. Mommy keeps her warm and feeds her too! Good luck. It will get better! She needs to adjust.
