I don't really have any suggestions for the birthday party (It sounds REALLY fun though) but I think you should get Sully the Hide-a-Squirrel. It looks like something he would have fun with. For the party favors, I think you should get something small for the dogs at the party and for the people. Like a bone for each dog and something cute for each person.
