Yes, but you always are trying to better the breed and it really is not just about the money at all. I go over the weight of the female to people that want to use my stud and give pointers. Of course I wouldn't say No I will not breed your dog..unless she is REALLY tiny, but if she is on the smaller size I always say that it would be a really good idea to have the vet look her over first and see what he thinks. It's just nice to keep everyone informed
