Rocco got to come home tonight. I went to pick him up after work, around 6pm.
The Vet said he was ready to go home and he was ready to be introduced to food again, since he responded well to the prescription wet food they gave him. the vet supplied me with 2 types of medicines and 1-2 weeks worth of prescription wet food (it looks like beef and rice mix).
When we got home I fed him and gave him his medicine. He then took a long nap. He's still sleeping right now. He seems a little depressed, he was more energetic at the vets office. I'm guessing he's just a little down and tired due to the medications and what he's been through. I was hoping he'd be a little more back to normal. Those of you who have gone thru this, did your yorkie take a little while to go back to normal?
Thanks again everyone! I'm so happy he's home with me, but I'm still a little worried.
