For a dog 3-5 pounds and 6-11 weeks old it should eat 1 to 1 and 1/3 cups a day.
For a dog 3-5 pounds ages 3-4 months she should be eating 3/4 to 1 and 1/4 cups a day.
This is if you aren't feeding anything else besides a few treats with it. I'm guessing your dog is less than or right around 3 pounds. It looks like you should be feeding no more than 1 and 1/3 cups a day until 3 months old. Maybe even closer to a cup depending on her size and energy level. Puppies need to be fed atleast three times a day and four times is a good idea for tiny Yorkies. I would split that amount of food between three or four meals.
