I called, asked a question, got an answer, called right back, asked the same question to someone else, got a different answer, asked them why Mrs. X told me something else, and had them tell me, "She didn't tell you that."

GRRRRRR! I hate banks. I'm going to start burying my money in a jar in the yard.
