I called, spoke to another rep who wouldn't give me her name. FINALLY got to speak to a "supervisor". They refused to refund any of the NSF fees. Surprise surprise. No explanation of where the $25 mysteriously disappeared to either. I told them we would be leaving BoA. I explained to them that we get a different story every time we talk to anyone and this was just the absolute last straw. They asked us to remained customers and I told them not on their lives. I have never had so many problems with a bank in my life. Never.
I've already opened a new Wachovia account, just have to go by tomorrow and deposit money into it.
