He's a puppy, of course he has lots of energy and wants to play. I have a four-month old who never stops, but I would NEVER even consider a pinch collar or meds! Please, these little dogs have very delicate tracheas, don't use the pinch collar!
Why would you even want a puppy if you don't like how hyper they are and want to keep them quiet and medicated all the time?
