I have a 1 1/2 year old boy yorkie. I have a ad for him to be studded out. A lady called me and said she was interested. She said she would pay 500 or give pick of the litter. He is AKC, 3 lbs, and we live in houston. AKC yorkies run from 800 to about 1200 in Houston. Does this sound reasonable? Is 500 right?
