Nutrical so he doesn't crash on you.
Also, try any of the following....Gerber chicken sticks, cottage cheese, plain yogurt, any kind of puppy food. This little guy needs to eat and drink.
You might try calling your vet too, they can give you suggestions also. Keep Toby warm and keep his surroundings calm. He sounds a little stressed.
