thanks for writing back we appreciate the help! Of course like i said the police cant and wont do anything, i live in missery (missouri) and the town i live in is absolutely no good. The animal shelter wont do anything, i do appreciate the advice about calling them and asking them the laws i will have to do that. But other than that they dont care about your pets really, they like to find them on the streets and then fine you money, but they are not really animal people, like i said the town i live in they are all crooks BELIEVE ME, so that would be out of the question. And as far as the neighbors go, im not concerned about them, they seem to baby the other yorkie a lot more, than my snickers, but someone asked about the abuse i have seem them do and they yell at them a lot and when they walk them on leashes they jerk them, like when they are going to the bathroom they jerk them back in the house i dunno if they think its funny or just ignorance but at least i saved one and I AM AFTER THE OTHER ONE AGAIN!!!!!!!! And i will get her b4 long hehe. Keep me updated as i will for you guys thanks soooooooooooooo much. btw shes sleeping lol
