I just thought i'd post a little update. I submitted the information to the bond company and they let us know that the claims received so far on this scammer have big time EXCEEDED the bond amount and they have put us on the list of claimants. They will be taking this issue to court for a judge to decide how the disbursement of the bond money will be paid out. It looks like there are atleast a 100 claimants...
