I got mine yesterday in the mail!!!! I was able to trim Angel's front paws all by myself!!! There are several different size "holes" to put the nail in. You do still need to watch the hair, just in case. They suggest a specific hold when doing the nails that I didn't read till after I did Angel's. I still couldn't do Sissy's myself, but it worked well. I'm going to try the "hold" suggested and see what happens. So far, I like this product better than my regular dremmel.
When you use a dremmel type file, you are filing from the top of the nail backward, not side to side. No jagged edges are left.
