I have serious chronic migraines...sometimes I get them for no reason, but I do know that I have a food allergy to nuts that causes migraines. I have to be very careful to watch what I eat. I have been getting migraines since I was in like 4th grade so I can relate. I take Excedrin Migraine and it is one of the only things that helps. I go through a bottle about every 2-3 weeks.
