Money is the last thing that I think about when it comes to surgery. Go find a vet that you trust and go from there. Anybody can charge $100 for a spay and turn out to be a butcher and not use the best meds and procedures. If a vet charges less than about $250 for a spay here in Michigan I would hope they do them at low cost and that isn't the normal cost for abdominal surgery because cheap isn't always best.

I see what you're going through now and it makes me not want a Yorkie under about 4 pounds.
Thank you for your opinion You said it good I would pay $600 also but only if i trust that vet completely and know they would do a good job and have experience spaying tinies. The vet that i went to, they seem like they are all about the money so i don't think i want to go there. I'm still on a search cause I love London dearly and would kill myself if something happened to her for not researching well. So i would rather wait and find the right vet to do it, also for Sophie. But the good thing is i already got good leads from YTers There is a place in Jersey and a place in LI, the only thing is i need to figure out how i will get there
