Hey,
I use Cotton balls in Abby's ear when I bathe her and the vet gave me a cleaning solution that I should place in her ear 2-3 times per week. After I took her to the vet because of wax build up he told me to follow that simple procedure and her ears should be fine. Ever since I have done that her ears have been fine. Hopethat helps. Hope he feels better...
