I agree with you. I feel they don't want you to know anything so you NEED them more, which leads to more $$$$.
That is if you can even understand them. I got sent to a vet due to an emergency (after hours) and the vet didn't even speak clear english and they were so over priced it was rediculous. I wasn't going to learn anything from him or vice versa! I wasn't happy.
