Hi Patti, Snoot has only had two seizures so far and they were about 6-8 months apart and very short. Since he is older I at first thought he was having a stroke or something. He was so stiff and he arched his back and let out a terrible scream. I've heard dogs cry before but never knew what a scream sounded like from a dog. In less then a minute he was back to himself. My vet claims there isn't much to do right now. She doesn't suggest medication since he's only had two and they were pretty far apart. Now if they would start to happen more frequent, then he would need put on some type of medication. I'm really sorry about Maya. Watching them like that is terrible and you feel so worthless not being able to help. Hugs to you and Maya.
