Petsmart and Banfield are two completely different companies. Petsmart can't do anything about what happened. You'll have to go through Banfield. I think it's also important to realize that one person at that Banfield location made the mistake - of course that reflects on the whole clinic, but it's only one person's fault. That one person needs to be dealt with.

Im sorry this happened to Mr. Biggs. I wonder why they gave him the wrong dose..was the person just not paying attention and grabbed the wrong size? I'm glad he's okay
