and it's DEFECTIVE
It won't turn on, only flashes the "Hello Moto" screen So now I've been on hold for 22 minutes and counting with the returns department
My landline cordless is dead so I'm stuck at my desk with the corded phone and I'm starving!
If I hang up, I'll have to go through the "push 1 for sales, 2 for blah blah blah" menu from hell again WHY ME?!?!!
Any guesses on how long my actual hold time will be?
It's Sprint, if that helps
