That little girls name is Bella LaRue. She belongs to a lady named Valentina in California - she has Little Paris Noel who models for a lot of the clothing companies. Bella was her second yorkie, and they just bought a new one named Madeline Monet. They are all adorable and Valentina seems like such a nice lady. She has a website and a myspace.
