Default Chunk's vision

A couple of months ago we noticed that our then 6 month old yorkie was having trouble with his eyesight. I would hold his toy to the side of his head and it seemed as if he could not see it unless the toy was directly in front of his eyes. We noticed that he is always running into things, such as the coffee table and chairs, etc. He has also developed a blue glow in his eyes. This can be seen both day and night. I took him to the vet and the vet said he can see just fine because his pupils reacted to the light of his flashlight just fine. He said he may have bad eyesight but he still could see. He also thought his poor sight was due to Chunk's clumsiness. He is a large yorkie, ( 12 pounds of pure love), and he is pretty clumsy. I do not agree with the vet's diagnosis. When we brought Chunk home at 8 weeks old he seemed to be able to see ok. I would appreciate your thoughts on this situation. Thanks, Chunk's mom
