I saw where you got one back but what about the one that was given to your brother?
It looks like your grandpa might still have some positive influence on your mom (unless she figures out he gave you your dog back) but, you and the rest of your family might see if your grandpa can get your mom to sign a medical power of attorney because it sounds like the tumors are causing some serious damage. The damage may not be repairable this late in the process but at least the person holding the power of attorney could get her some treatment that might help with the delusions.
I hope that you and the rest of your family take care of each other, especially the 8 year old. My son has Asperger's (an Autism spectrum disease) so I know that your little brother feels like his world has been turned upside down & inside out...order is everything.
