I took my puppy there and I loved this one woman who allowed me to come in and help her hold Chewy. I always stayed right there and waited. Since he was not being bathed there was no reason for me to have to come back. Have a picture of what you want. Tell them you want to stay and watch, and if things don't look like they are going well get him out of there! i liked pet smart until it took 3 people to hold down my 3 pound dog, and then called me in to help hold him!!!! He was so traumatized that I have not had him groomed there since. i do it myself. But if you can find on groomer there that you like you might be fine.
