I have people that bought my puppies a year ago call me sometimes and I try to answer them just as I would if they were still inquiring. but as YorkieRose said, I might not anything about dogs that appear far back in my line. My husband has always line breed his beagles. he gets calls all the time from people that have ended up with something from his line by way of someone else. but he can tell them anything about any of them. Guess that's the difference between his forty years of breeding and my limited experience with mine. he loves to talk dogs with the guys that call. i don't think you did anything wrong by calling. |
