I think that is what I am going to actually break down and do. As much as I hate that I would have to stand and watch them for however long it make take them to finish the job at least I will have the satisfaction of knowing that if they start making mistakes I can stop them dead in their tracks rather than getting a shaved surprise when I arrive. Thanks for the suggestion. That really does make sense.
