I use to take my Toby and Shelby Rose to the Petsmart groomers but when Toby started refusing to walk to that side of the store and they both shaked so badly when I took them through the grooming room door, I knew I better find somewhere else.

Plus, I found their hair was frequently uneven and the cuts sloppy even using the same groomer. Since my babies were scared to go in there, I knew they didn't want any part of that place again so I started checking around my area and actually found a fantastic place by asking at my Vet's office who recommended a groomer to me.

Now my puppies love going into the groomers and look great, relaxed and happy when I pick them up. The staff make a big deal out of making them (and us) feel very comfortable so I have no qualms about leaving my puppies there for an hour to be groomed. I actually have to carry them out because they want to stay and play there!!

When I'd pick them up at Petsmart from grooming they clung to me like their lives depended on it digging their nails into me and strained and barking to get out through the door away from that place.

Great places can be found you just need to do some legwork! :^)
