I just went to Petsmart in Northern New York on Saturday. I went in telling them I'd heard bad things and was very nervous. The ladies were SO nice and patient. I was EXTREMELY clear (with a list) about what I wanted (hygiene trim, nails, bath, tipped ears) and got a beautifully groomed dog back. I am VERY happy with the job they did. So much so that next time I will probably let them cut some hair other than on SoCo's paws
