However, being a show breeder does not guarantee that they are reputable. So showing does NOT always equal reputable. But to me reputable means they are showing or involved in something depending on what they breed (ie. hunting, sledding, working dogs, etc.). But there is a LOT more to being reputable than just showing. To find a reputable breeder, you need to ask a lot of questions (and be expected to be asked a lot of questions in return). |
