Watch your baby closely if it's a wooden stick it may cause bloody stools. If your baby chewed the stick really well it should only irritate his stomach and cause a small amount of blood, but if those pieces were big there could be alot of blood and a vet visit would be needed. Bigger pieces of wood can get caught and cause problems with obstructions. I had one of mine eat their wicker toy box and there was pieces in their stool, but after one or two poops it was back to normal and they didn't require a vet visit since there was only a small amount of blood from the irritation. Good luck I hope it didnt hurt your baby too much that will require a vet visit.
