I would say to watch and wait. As long as baby is acting normal, eating and drinking, poop is coming, looks normal in consistency and there does not appear to be any blood in it (either bright red or darker than normal poop), all should be fine. But I would contact the vet first thing in the morning just to let them know and see if baby should be seen.
