I too would be very cautious with this "breeder". "Teacup" yorkies is a big red flag. And reading his arguments on the page about "teacups" is totally off the wall and worded to make it seem okay. But most of all I noticed that his dams are TINY.. 4 lbs is way to small to be used for breeding. I would RUN!
