Yep lots of red flags. Listen don't rush to get a dog. It's a very bad thing to do and you might end up regretting it. While yorkies are great dogs and you can run into several bad health issues that can cause you big money. Bad breeding out there can make you end up with a very sick dog.

A puppy is a big investment both time and money wise. The last thing you need is a sick dog.
Tell your honey the yorkie is a diamond and the same care you put into selecting that forever diamond you need to do the same with your yorkie purchase. He can always put the money in an envelope and give that to you and you can take your time searching. The money will be there.
