I had seen this breeder advertise also. Says she sells to high end people out west, in Canada that is. Sells yorkies with no papers what so ever. says the people that purchase a puppy from her do not care about papers, just want a perfectly healthy yorkie
This is pretty disgusting and would make it harder for a good breeder in brazil to sell their baby's. As like any place, they all have the really bad, but there is also the good breeders at the same time.
Knowing who is who is always a good idea when looking for a yorkie I guess.
