Ask almost any woman out there...she's probably had her unborn child out there named for years (she's also likely changed it along the way too). Now, ask any woman out there with a child...and you will find that some used the chosen name, some didnt. I, for one, decided YEEEEAAAAARS ago, that my daughter would be named Asia Kay. (ok, I'm embarassed...it kinda sounds stripperish/escortish). But when my daughter was born, she was given another name entirely.

Name your baby Bella. Sister in law will get over it. Its a name. When her time comes, she can still name her child (who might end up a boy) whatever she wants. Its a name. (I might feel differently if you were having a human baby and "stole" the name....but I'd only feel that way if she was preggo and knew she'd be having a girl). NAME YOUR BABY BELLA and dont feel bad about it!
