If you want to name your dog Bella, then name her Bella! Who cares what her breeder has her named now. She will become YOUR dog so YOU get to name her whatever YOU want. Now the fact that her breeder (your future sister-in-law) wants to name her first born daughter Bella, who cares...she can still name her that if she wants. But you know, what IF she never even has a daughter or what if she changes her mind about that name. Honestly, Bella for a person sounds SO strange to me because I know so many dogs named Bella LOL. Anyway, name her Bella if you want. You can have a niece AND a dog named Bella

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
